Description of Mini Olympics

A corporate activity for champions!

Mini Olympics Team Building

Our Mini Olympics is a corporate game with tradition and history that represents the quintessential team building day!

It's an open opportunity to develop and put into practice many of the skills needed to build a strong work team: communication, organisation, competitive spirit, fun, teamwork, results orientation and leadership.

This is the ideal moment to discover and consolidate each person's role, and what level of prominence and responsibility they want to take on. Let's play, compete and build together — our results are a reflection of the commitment we bring.

From the opening ceremony to the medal and trophy presentation, in this corporate game participants will release a huge amount of energy and excitement. They'll try to give their best to lead their team to victory in as many challenges as possible, in order to achieve overall victory.

We only need a playing field, and Kaizen will take care of the rest.

The Mini Olympics is a highly polished corporate game, which we've run countless times, and our staff — both instructors and facilitators — have plenty of experience getting the most enthusiasm out of participants and ensuring a day full of emotion!

In any case, we can always give you a hand finding an optimal location.

Once participants are divided and organised into teams, they'll need to get organised to create their own flag before starting to compete.

Next, they'll take on a series of fun, varied challenges with low physical impact, since these are focused more on collaboration and coordination.

What's at stake is each team's level of organisation, camaraderie and sportsmanship.

A professional master of ceremonies will narrate the various teams' exploits, like a televised sports commentary, and will bring plenty of jokes and laughter that help create an unbeatable atmosphere of healthy competition.

A panel of judges and/or referees will oversee the successful completion of the challenges, guaranteeing a fair competition for everyone.

Once all the competitions are finished, participants can enjoy an exciting and well-deserved medal and trophy ceremony.

“We had a blast, and I'm convinced we all know each other much better now than before doing the challenges. The challenges were hilarious, very suited to our company's profile, and your instructors are fantastic.”
