Experience this highly sought-after team building activity
The Squad Games
This exciting Team Building activity is inspired by one of the most watched and acclaimed series on streaming platforms in recent times.
Squad Games keeps the essence of the show, but at Kaizen, the whole thing is run team-based.
Squad Games in real life
Fun, exciting challenges that will test the group's skills, creativity and unity, all enlivened by our actors, who bring realism to the experience and plenty, plenty of excitement.
To run the activity, participants are split into teams. And although the activity is fully adaptable to the number of participants, since it's a team-based activity, it can perfectly be run with as few as 10 people.
Meanwhile, our team of actors, dressed as the show's villains, with jumpsuits, masks and weapons, fully in character, will be in charge of running the challenges and adding realism and intensity to the game.
Each team starts with a full scoreboard, with a set number of life points (1000 points), and each failed challenge deducts a portion of that total (for example, 250 points). No player is eliminated during the Team Building activity, but the winning team will be the one that completes all the challenges with the most points on the board.
Tempered Glass
Teams must cross a grid of tempered glass panels within the set time. They won't be able to use verbal language, so they'll need to create a code to communicate, and the person crossing the glass field will do so wearing a blindfold. If they don't make it, the next person tries.
Marble Aqueduct
Each participant will have a channel, and there will be one marble per team. The goal is to move the single marble only through the channels, making a round trip without the marble falling to the ground.
Tug of War
The game involves forming two groups positioned at each end of the rope. The team that manages to pull the other across the marked midpoint is declared the winner. Team effort is key in this game, but as seen in the show, it's not just about strength — strategy makes the difference.
Cookie Relay
Each team must eat as many cookies as possible in 10 minutes. It's a relay race in which the player eating the cookie can only use their hands to place the cookie on their forehead — from that point on, they can't use their hands at all. They must use facial movements to get the cookie into their mouth.
12 Nails
Each team is given a wooden block with 1 long nail hammered in vertically.
At the same time, they're given 11 nails of the same size.
The goal of this game is to balance all 12 nails without touching either the table or the wooden block.
Marshmallow Challenge
Teams will have 20 pieces of spaghetti, one metre of adhesive tape and one marshmallow.
In 18 minutes they must build the tallest tower.
The marshmallow must sit on top of the tower, never anywhere else, and once finished, before it's measured, it must stand on its own for at least one minute.
Egg Challenge
Using specific materials such as string, plastic bags, straws, adhesive tape, ice-lolly sticks, tissues, etc., participants must protect their egg, since it will be dropped from a considerable height, trying to keep it from breaking. They can only use the materials we provide.
Tic-Tac-Toe
Each team will start lined up single file, about 10-15 metres from the target. The first 3 in each line will have coloured bibs and will go out one at a time to place their bib following the rules of tic-tac-toe. Once a teammate's bib is placed, the next in line can go.
The team that gets three in a row wins.
