Description of Multi-Challenge

Multi-challenge team building

An activity with different challenges that must be overcome as a team, giving participants the chance to develop and put into practice all the skills needed to make work teams solid and efficient: competitive spirit, organisation, skill, communication, fun, teamwork, results orientation and leadership.

With this series of fun challenges, besides discovering what role each participant plays, group cohesion becomes essential, since the results of the different challenges will be a reflection of the commitment we bring.

This activity is super fun, since it involves different team dynamics in which participants must stay united and come out victorious in each of the proposed challenges. Different challenges that test all participants' problem-solving skills and creativity.

Split into teams, each one must score the maximum number of points across the different challenges and complete them in the most practical and fastest way possible, to make the difference and come out on top as winners.

Kaizen's judges will oversee the successful completion of the challenges and guarantee a fair competition for everyone.
