Lego Serious Play
An original, enjoyable and very fun Team Building activity to work on important values and skills within a work team, through building with Lego bricks.
LSP is an innovative method of thinking and communication that helps with reflection and problem-solving in organisations and work teams.
LSP was designed in response to the fact that visual, hands-on learning is undoubtedly the most effective.
Using Lego bricks, participants will need to find answers to the questions our instructor asks them by building three-dimensional models, which will later serve as a way to exchange ideas within the group.
Both individual and group exercises are carried out.
Lego® Serious Play® can be adapted to the company's needs, setting challenges according to the values you want to reinforce.
The main objectives of this experience are:
- Identifying how participants react to problems.
- Learning strategies for handling difficulties positively.
