This Improv Workshop is a different, original and unique activity that will let you find yourself and show up openly in front of your colleagues, offering the best version of yourselves.
Everything is built in the moment, with no script or preparation. Welcome to our fantastic Improv Workshop!
Our actors/trainers will steer the workshop towards constantly boosting your team's creativity and imagination.
But you'll be the ones guiding the activity through your own improvisations.
Based on an initial theme, which can be proposed by the company itself or left open, we'll work on whatever goals and skills you want while you let your imagination run free.
The workshop is split into three phases:
- Icebreaker dynamics.
- Introductory improv exercises.
- Improv game practice.
The workshop is progressive: participants start with simple icebreaker dynamics and move on to more complex improv exercises. In any case, it's a team building activity that can be adapted to work on whichever skills or competencies are needed.
Through this approach, besides fostering teamwork and creativity, you'll improve your reaction time and spontaneous response, making it much easier to find solutions and improving participants' problem-solving ability. All while enjoying a really fun time with your work colleagues.
