Batucada Team building
Percussion shows us that, if we touch the same pulse, we are listening and it is one of the oldest ways of working as a team. Based on this concept, with this team building activity that has as base the percussion to the rhythm of the batucada, and in which the participants carry out activities aimed at reinforcing teamwork and a sense of belonging, with amazing results!
Activity with a lot of rhythm
Without the need for any prior musical knowledge from the participants, our percussionists and facilitators will guide the teams through the process of creating a percussion group. A speaker is in charge of directing this team building and guiding the activity towards raising awareness of the group from the feeling of cohesion and the intrinsic characteristics of all teams: either a soccer team; the R&D department or an orchestra: since in all cases the synergy of the joint work will confirm us, that the sum of the separate parts will always be less than the strength we get when we do something together, at the same pulse.
This fun team building activity offers its participants the possibility of becoming aware of the internal pulse that all groups have in their functioning as a team. To facilitate this way of understanding the rhythm of the team, we use percussion as a basic expression of this rhythm, which allows us to experience the strength of the group working together, feel it and dance it. The question is, will we work without a collective conscience and make noise, or will we be able to work together and make music?
