Our "Bridge to the Future" programme involves numerous sub-teams working together to build a real bridge strong enough to support the weight of the entire group.
There are two amazing aspects to this bridge project. First, each section will be an independent, colourful representation of your organisation's mission and future goals. Second, the structure will be assembled using only cardboard and adhesive tape as the main materials.
Team leaders will be chosen, who will be responsible for making sure the team meets the strict deadlines set out in the materials provided.
Within each sub-team, tasks will be assigned such as cardboard cutters, column designers and builders. Team leaders will meet on three separate occasions to discuss and share construction strategies and timelines with the other teams. These meetings are critical, since all teams must complete their sections simultaneously.
Meanwhile, other team members will be responsible for creating traffic signs, railings and colourful artwork representing the sub-team and the organisation.
At a set point, all teams will bring their bridge sections together to assemble the "Bridge to the Future".
The final product is a wonderfully creative interpretation of the organisation's current state and future vision. Your group will demonstrate the bridge's integrity with a procession that lets every member see the finished product and the representative artwork created by other teams. Finally, the whole group will gather on the bridge for team photos.

These meetings are also critical, since all sub-teams must complete their sections simultaneously in order to come together for the bridge's final assembly.
Once the bridge is finished, the whole group will walk across it to demonstrate its structural integrity and pose for memorable photos.
